I’d like to give a special shoutout to the sales consultant from Kochi for constantly following up and updating us on the status of the project, even in the midst of the Covid crisis. She was readily available at any time for consult. Although pricey, the delivery and installation process was very smooth and professional, making it worth the investment.

Since it was a renovation project, there were quiet a lot of hurdles along the way, from demolition of our old kitchen to supervising the whole project especially when a large family lived here at the moment. We were having hard time to find a vendor for this as most of them tried to convince us to go by the conventional way they are comfortable. 'Sleek Kitchen Studio - Bespoke Decor' was the 4th vendor that we had reached out to. We were impressed right from the first interaction. They were listening patiently through our requirement, bringing up right points to have the interior designed in the right way. Throughout the process we were very happy with the interactions and support we got. One of the major issues that we had with other vendors is their lack of expertise beyond the wooden board. Bespoke Decor had been really helpful in those areas where they tried to work out things with external vendors to make sure we got things the way we wanted. They were ready to change any small thing which we were not completely convinced. We have moved into this space and can’t stop appreciating the efforts each day.
